Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) Wild Crafted Essential Oil

I love this oil.  It is distilled from wild crafted Nutmeg seeds in Indonesia.  It has the sweetest, nutty, spice scent and is so warm and clear a fragrance that I cannot get enough of it.  It's scent never fails to bring a smile to my face.  This oil supports digestion and is great for discouraging pain and swelling from arthritis and other afflictions.  It is very effective when added to a cream or oil and applied topically, but like most spice based oils it should be used sparingly and diluted appropriately.
