This organic Clary Sage oil comes from the Kashmir Valley, in India, where it is distilled from the flower buds. Sages are members of the mint family, with square stems. They are a favorite of mine in the garden. Clary Sage is often used to treat women's health issues such as PMS, hot flashes, anxiety, depression, fatigue, tension, muscle aches, headaches, migraines, and menstrual pain. It can also be effective in the treatment of acne and excessive oiliness of the skin and scalp.
