This is a pure, mild cream perfect for baby's tender skin. Babies are sensitive, so there are no essential oils in our baby products. Instead, organic calendula flowers have been infused in the jojoba wax to add gentle skin nourishing. This cream is made of organic and unrefined beeswax, calendula infused jojoba wax, cocoa butter and coconut oil. It is great for keeping your baby's skin nice and smooth and can be used anywhere on the body, not just on their little bums. We make this cream formula with zinc oxide at about 35%. This salve helpful for the prevention and relief from diaper redness. Zinc oxide is insoluble in water and therefore helps to form a barrier on the skin, that keeps wetness out. Our zinc oxide is a natural mineral and not a synthetic, and does not contain nano-particles. Please be aware that zinc oxide can be difficult to wash out of cloth diapers.
